    General Interview Information For High School Seniors and Transfers

    Personal interviews are not a required part of the Sarah Lawrence application process, but they can provide an opportunity for students to talk individually with an admission representative to learn more about the College. You should think of the interview not as a trial to be endured but as an opportunity to interview us—to ask the questions you want to ask, to meet personally with someone who knows the College well, and to get a sense of how your needs and interests would be met by Sarah Lawrence. Our alumni conduct off-campus interviews.

    Off-campus interviews are available by appointment from September through late January for first-year applicants and from September through March for transfer applicants. Off-campus interviews are typically arranged with alumni living in your area, or by Senior Interviewers on campus via Skype or other application.  While we will try to accommodate all requests, spaces are limited and interviews are not guaranteed.  Please know that your application to SLC will not be disadvantaged if we are unable to provide an interview.

    Fall 2017 Requests

    While are no longer accepting off-campus interview requests for Fall 2016, we will have off-campus interviews available for first-year and transfer students applying for Fall 2017 beginning in September. If you would like to receive an email notification when we reopen the request process, please provide your information below.
