The Writing Institute is pleased to host “650”, a literary forum that showcases writers reading their own work aloud: 650-word essays performed in five minutes or less.  650 is Where Writers Read, and 650 celebrates the spoken word with live staged events in New York City featuring a dozen pre-selected writers.

Join us for our first Writing Institute and 650 live event. The show will feature writers from our Writing Institute community as well as newcomers to our stage. To make the Sunday afternoon even more perfect, the show will conclude with a Wine & Cheese & Make New Friends Reception.

There is a $12.00 fee for attendance to offset our costs for such a large event. However, if this is a challenge for you, please contact us for special consideration. Thank you!
